In recent years, with the automation and labor saving of station operations, in addition to ticket vending machines, which have been widely used in the past, automatic ticket collection devices and ticket issuing machines (which mainly issue long-distance tickets) have been added to station equipment. ), various labor-saving devices such as commuter pass issuing machines have been introduced.

These are usually used as systems that are mutually related. For example, this is the case when tickets issued by a ticket issuing machine or a commuter pass issuing machine are inspected by argument using an automatic ticket collection device. Of course, even in this case, the ticket issued by the issuing machine is not only used in the automatic ticket collection device, but also in a way that it can be used at the regular ticket gate, which is inspected by a human, and for passengers to check it themselves. In order to be visible to the naked eye, or to be able to be verified by normal in-vehicle ticket inspection, a machine-readable magnetic record is attached on one side, and visible information is written on the other side. Normal. Among these ticket papers, regular tickets are usually not used repeatedly, so they have visible information printed on one side using electronic photography, etc., and magnetic information for machine nuclear reading on the other side. However, in the case of commuter passes, repeated use is inevitably required, so
The face of the card is rubbed by the magnetic head and the pressure roller. Therefore, a transparent protective layer or the like is usually provided over the visible image. This transparent protective layer is formed of a laminate or the like. However, in this case, it is impossible for station staff to manually add notes to the ticket after it has been issued, so a special name transcription device is required to write the name on the ticket, or a station staff member must use a special name transfer device to write the name on the ticket, or write the name on the ticket while it is being issued. A complex mechanism is required to take the document out of the machine, add the specified information, and then return it back into the machine to proceed to the next process.

Therefore, recently, sealing using laminating equipment is not performed.
So-called stickerless ticket paper is used. Since this stickerless ticket paper does not require a laminating mechanism, it is usually provided with a fixing device that uses heat and a calender device that smoothes the fixed image after development. However, even in this case, if the ticket is pressurized by the calendar device while it is still in a high temperature state due to heating by the fixing device, the recording layer of the ticket itself will soften, causing the problem that the image and the ticket itself will be deformed. arise. For this reason, after heating and fixing, the ticket paper must be cooled before being subjected to a calendering process, which has the disadvantage that it takes a long time and makes high-speed processing difficult. The present invention has been made based on the above-mentioned circumstances, and includes a fixing section using a flash light source after the developing step, and further ahead of the fixing section, a means for sorting the ticket sheets fixed by the fixing section and the ticket sheets that are not fixed. The present invention provides a ticket issuing device that quickly issues tickets with a smooth surface and durability without the need for sealing by smoothing only the ticket paper on which the image has been fixed by a subsequent calendar section. The purpose is to provide.

Unlike infrared irradiation, solvent fixing, etc., the flash fixing used in the present invention instantaneously generates high temperatures, so this alone provides wear resistance.However, by calendering with a pressure roll after flash fixing, This is intended to promote a fixation effect.

In the above embodiment, an electrostatic support layer is formed on the surface of the ticket, a latent image is formed directly on the electrostatic support layer, and the latent image is developed. Without being limited thereto, a photoconductive substance is provided on the surface of an electrostatic charge support, such as a drum, separately from the printing material, and this is used as a recording medium, corona-charged in a tray, and then subjected to desired image exposure. to form an electrostatic latent image, and further electrostatically adsorb a chargeable powder toner onto the surface of the photoconductor to form a visible image;
An image transfer type copying method may be used in which a recording paper is superimposed closely on this visible image surface, and the image is transferred from the photoreceptor to the recording paper by corona charging from the back side. It's okay. As described above, the present invention provides an electrostatic printing type ticket issuing device that is provided with a fixing section using a flash light source after the developing process, and furthermore, detects the operation of the fixing section and if the fixing section does not operate properly, the ticket is printed. Since the toner is stored in the storage section and not sent to the next process, it is possible to prevent subsequent devices such as a calendar device from being contaminated by unfixed toner or the like.

Furthermore, since the fixing method is flash fixing, the pattern on the card surface is fixed before much heat is absorbed into the ticket paper, so the ticket paper does not shrink or curl after fixing. Therefore, the subsequent calendering process can be carried out smoothly, so that it is possible to issue tickets with extremely smooth surfaces and durability. Therefore, even if a ticket issued by the device of the present invention is passed through an automatic ticket collection device multiple times, the pattern on the ticket surface is unlikely to be scraped off by the magnetic head or transport mechanism.

A flash fixing device that fixes the pattern, a detector that detects the operation of the flash fixing device, and a gate that operates based on the detection results of this detector and separates ticket sheets with patterns fixed on them and ticket sheets with unfixed patterns. and a storage section for storing the ticket papers to which the above-mentioned pattern has not been fixed, sorted by the gate, and a printing surface of the ticket paper to which the pattern that has passed through the gate has been fixed is pressed while applying a film forming liquid. The present invention is characterized by comprising a calendar device that smoothes the printed surface, and a magnetic recording device that records magnetic information on the magnetic recording surface of the ticket paper when the ticket paper that has passed through the calendar device is an automated ticket paper. Ticket issuing device.
