    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）２つの構造物の間で形成される間隙に位置して一
    方の構造物に取付けられ且つ前記構造物の周囲温度が所
    定値に上昇した時に他方の構造物に接近する方向に向け
    て変形する温度変形部材を具備してなる防煙具。
  2. （２）温度変形部材はバイメタルからなるものである実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の防煙具。
  3. （３）温度変形部材は形状記憶合金からなるものである
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の防煙具。
