Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a discharge lamp from being attached to a socket containing a different lighting circuit by forming recessed part and protruding part which can be engaged with each other on the surface of the base of a discharge lamp in which pins are buried and the surface of a socket in which a lighting circuit corresponding only to said discharge lamp is installed. CONSTITUTION:A base 7 having four pins 10 buried in it, is attached to an emission lamp 6. The base 7 has an engagement piece 9 for preventing any separation of the base 7 which might be caused after it is engaged with a socket 1. The engagement piece 9 is provided with a hole 11 corresponding to the projection 3 of the socket 1 in such a manner as to fit the projection 3 in the hole 11. The socket 1 is provided with a hole 2 receiving the pins 10 of the base 7, a projection 3 and an engagement piece hold 5 receiving the engagement piece 9. The hole 11 and the projection 3 are formed in such a manner as to cause each kind of a lighting circuit installed in the socket 1 to correspond only to one kind of a lamp. Owing to the above constitution, any misuse of a lamp for a different lighting circuit which might be performed after the lamp is mistakingly connected to the socket 1 can be prevented.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Application of the Invention] The present invention provides a lighting circuit (a ballast circuit section and a starting circuit section) that is housed in a socket (receiver) side, and that has four bins that are electrically connected to the circuit. The present invention relates to a structure of a power supply part of a discharge lamp having a lamp cap part thereof, and particularly relates to a structure of a flange part between a lamp prong part and a metal receiving part, which prevents erroneous connection of a lamp that is incompatible with a lighting circuit.

In a compact fluorescent lamp, the arc tube of the fluorescent lamp is bent into a U-shape and is further bent into a U-shape and housed in a so-called "cla-shaped" arc tube metal.
l, dynamic [I:] l path is housed in the socket side, and the lamp side has a bulb base with two α focal points connections and a 4-bin type base with four electrical connections. There is one. ′
Light bulb bases and sockets for general light bulbs are designed to prevent the power consumption from 1 - V, but for example, when combining lamps with almost the same dimensions but different power consumption, it is possible to erroneously place lamps that contain appropriate circuits on the socket side. No effort has been made to create a seamless connection. For example, if a lamp using special E 170 gold and a special 4-pin gold lamp are commercialized as one type, for example, special E], 70 gold has been devised to prevent it from entering the socket of the light bulb circuit. Take is fine. This drawn lamp is the lamp's dog paw ('%A7at
t) and when the circuit system is diversified, the starting circuit is inappropriate and the starting circuit is incorrect and it does not start, or the east current when lighting is not appropriate, the hot lamp performance is not good, or the lamp performance is not good. Problems such as short vines occur.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS One embodiment of the present invention will be explained below with reference to all drawings. 1st to 3rd
The figure shows an example in which unevenness is provided on the lamp prong part and the socket part facing it, and the light emitting lamp part 6 has four pins 10.
A cap part (made of resin, for example) 7 is attached to the socket 1 for implanting the socket. As a prevention mechanism, a hole 11 corresponding to the protrusion 3 of the socket 1 is provided so as to be engaged with the protrusion 3. The socket 1 has a hole 2 for receiving four pins 10 for the purpose of electrically connecting the lamp fitting part 7, and a can plate stopper 5 made of a spring, for example, to receive the protrusion 3 to prevent misuse and the can plate piece 9. It is equipped. The hole 11 of the lamp fitting part and the protrusion 3 of the socket part have the role of making the lighting circuit housed in the socket part and the lamp corresponding to the lighting circuit correspond to each other in a 1=1 relationship. That is, a lamp socket l-1 of a different type that has the structure shown in Fig. 2 and does not have the hole 11 that engages with the socket in the lamp fitting metal part.
Even if they try to fit together, it is impossible due to the protrusion 3 of the socket part.

The distance between the pins Zl + t2 + '3 is set to 1. =1
Assuming 2° t 3 < t 2, this is an example in which a pin receiver having the same distance between the bins can only be fitted into the socket located south of the hole.

5 to 7 show examples in which the diameter of the base 10 and the diameter of the head 10' of the pin of the lamp fitting part are different, and the socket 1 is inserted into the lamp after the pin head 10' is inserted. A pin receiver is provided in the hole 30, 40 so as to prevent the pin head 10' from falling after it is slightly rotated about the shaft and hooked thereon. As shown in Figure 7, the plan view of the lampro metal part is as shown in Fig. 7.
The remaining three pins and bottle head diameters shown in are changed.

The socket corresponding to this is designed so that the pin 10' with a large pin head diameter of the lampro metal part does not fit into the socket hole 40 into which the pin 21 with a small pin head diameter fits, as shown in Fig. 5. It is.

As explained in the above embodiments, the shape of the four pins implanted in the lamp prong, the mutual pin spacing, or the pin placement to establish an electrical connection with the lighting circuit housed in the bracket. By making the pin holder that can fit the four pins in a 1:1 correspondence only to the concave (or hole) provided on the design surface and the lamp prong metal part, use a socket with a receiving hole or a concave and convex shape. For example, it is possible to reliably prevent lamps of substantially the same shape with different lamp power consumptions from being accidentally fitted into sockets accommodating inappropriate circuits and being used for the first time.
