る面内で回転自在なように、中心を貫通する軸を介して
回転板に装着されており、更に、この刃材は、刃材がい
かなる回動状態にあっても回転板の外周から突出するよ
うに、それ自体の外周に複数個の切刃突起が突出してお
り、この切刃突起が回転板の外周から突出１−でおって
草を切断し、更に、刃材が回転板に対して回動されるこ
とにより、新しい切刃突起が回転板の外周に突出するよ
