That is, conventionally, in the continuous production of three-dimensional net-like aggregates by extruding a molten synthetic resin material as filaments, accumulating them on a moving conveyor, and point-welding them together, the conveyor is moved up and down to form an extrusion outlet for the filaments. The inventor of the present application has already developed a method of intermittently changing the thickness of the aggregate by changing the distance between the
However, when using this method, it is necessary to move the entire moving conveyor up and down, and this requires large-scale mechanical equipment for moving the entire moving conveyor up and down, which has the disadvantage of significantly increasing the cost of the product. It was hot.

The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate such defects by installing a conveyor that operates at a circumferential speed slower than the above-mentioned extrusion speed at an angle below the Fuyuhi nozzle that extrudes the melted synthetic resin material in the form of a line. A part or all of the conveyor is immersed in a cooling liquid, and the conveyor can be tilted at any angle, or at least change its speed within a speed slower than the above extrusion speed. By making it flexible, it is possible to obtain an inexpensive three-dimensional reticular aggregate made of synthetic resin with intermittent changes in the same thickness as described above using a simple device. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. First, the lower part of a multi-rotary nozzle extrudes a heated melt of a thermoplastic synthetic resin material with appropriate elasticity as a filament 1 of an appropriate thickness. An upper conveyor 3 and a lower conveyor 4, which operate at a circumferential speed slower than the above-mentioned extrusion speed, are arranged in a parallel oblique state with a part of them immersed in cooling water 5, and these upper and lower conveyors 3, Step 4 is to repeat the operation of tilting to a steep angle and tilting to a gentle angle.

Thereafter, a large number of filaments 1 of hot-paste plastic synthetic resin are extruded from the multi-rotor nozzle, and while these filaments 1 are received and conveyed onto the lower conveyor 3, the filaments 1 are not solidified yet. Due to the difference between the pushing speed and the conveying speed, the same line 1
is wound into a coil shape with an appropriate density, and the contact points that touch each other are welded to form a three-dimensional network as a whole, and the height of the three-dimensional network is increased by repeating changes in the slope of the conveyors 3 and 4. The material embodies an intermittent change and has a wavy uneven surface 6 on its upper surface, and is immediately immersed in the above-mentioned cooling liquid to solidify in this welded and formed state, and then has a wavy uneven surface 6 on its upper surface. The three-dimensional reticulated flat elongated bodies 8 are continuously manufactured.

In the above-mentioned embodiment, as a means for changing the height of the coiled portion of the three-dimensional reticulated flat elongated body, a method may be adopted in which the speeds of the conveyors 3 and 4 are made slower or faster at regular intervals.

As described above, the present invention involves extruding a molten synthetic resin material as wires, accumulating them on a moving conveyor, and point-welding them to each other to continuously produce a three-dimensional network assembly. Compared to the previous method described above, in which the thickness of the aggregate is changed intermittently by changing the distance between the filaments and the extrusion port, this method uses extremely simple equipment to produce a low-cost product. The present invention has the effect of fully achieving the above-mentioned object of the present invention.

1. A conveyor that operates at a circumferential speed slower than the above-mentioned extrusion speed is delivered in an inclined manner below the multi-nozzle that extrudes the melt of the synthetic resin material as a line, and part or all of the conveyor is immersed in the cooling liquid. The conveyor is constructed so that it can be tilted slowly or slowly at any angle, or the speed can be changed freely within the above extrusion speed, and the above-mentioned large number of wires are received on the conveyor. While the filament is being conveyed and is not solidified yet, it is wound into a coil shape with an appropriate density using the difference between the extrusion speed and the conveyance speed, and the contact points that touch each other are welded, and in this point welded state, immediately A method for producing a three-dimensional reticular aggregate made of synthetic resin, which comprises immersing it in the above cooling liquid and solidifying it.
