電性の材料でつくられたリング状の複数の通電リングと

でつくられ、前記通電リングの両側面に配置されたリン
グ状絶縁板と、前記第2の部材から前記通電リングの円
筒面に押しあてるように配置され、前記通電リングと同
数の導電性の材料でつくられたブラシと、前記第1の部
材側に設けられ、外部入力信号に応じて伝送する信号を
発生する発信回路と、前記伝送信号により光信号を出力
する光出力面を有するリング状の複数の光信号発生リン
グと、前記光信号発生リングの直径より大きく光信号発
生リングの両側面に配置されたリング状のしゃ先板と、
前記第2の部材側に設けられ、かつ前記光信号発生リン
グの光出力面に対向し、前記光信号発生リングと所定の
間隔を設けて配置された、前記光信号発生リングと同数
の受光素子と、この受光素子が、前記光信号を受光して
出力する信号をそれに ゛対応する電気信号に変換する
受信回路とを有し、電力の授受は前記通電リングとブラ
シとの摺動接触で行ない、一方電気信号の授受は電気信
号を前記した光関係要素によって光信号に変換して行な
