[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a method for assembling a folding shelf, and more particularly, to a method for assembling a folding shelf, in particular, rotatable connecting members are inserted into both ends of the horizontal pipes of the assembled shelf, and the connecting members are protruded from the vertical pipes. The present invention relates to a method for assembling a folding shelf in which the horizontal pipes of a shelf frame are alternately folded by fitting them into rivets, and the entire shelf can be folded compactly.

Conventionally, in the case of prefabricated shelves using pipe members, such as product display shelves, the pipe members that make up the shelf framework and the pipe joints that connect the pipe members have been used at the location where the shelf is used. The pipes were then brought to the site and assembled one by one at the site by determining the horizontal and vertical pipes and driving in pipe joints.

However, with this method, it is necessary to check the quantity (number) of parts when carrying them out, and it is also necessary to join the pipe joints and pipes with precision, and a certain degree of skill is also required to attach the pipe joints. Also, it takes a lot of time to assemble the shelves on-site, and since the working time is limited, it is usually necessary to use many people to do the work. Similarly, the removal work after an exhibition, etc. is finished requires a lot of manpower because time is limited. For this reason, although sectional shelves are convenient, the assembly process itself is costly. Therefore, in order to solve these difficulties, a device has been devised to fold the shelf while it is assembled, and in the past, there was a method in which the vertical vibrator was folded in some way.

However, the one in which the vertical vibrator is folded cannot maintain the strength of the vertical vibrator member, and furthermore, it is very vulnerable to the shock of rolling the entire shelf, so the reliability as a shelf is low. For this reason, it has conventionally been used only for one or two low shelves, small shelves, or shelves for items with a relatively light load, and is considered unsuitable for shelves for items that are about 180 crft tall or heavy. was. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a new method of assembling a folding shelf that eliminates the drawbacks of these conventional folding shelves. Furthermore, by providing the shelf frame vibe fixing metal fittings, sufficient strength can be maintained against horizontal shaking, making it extremely reliable.

The shelf 1 assembled by the assembly method according to the present invention consists of a vertical vibe member 3, a horizontal vibe member 5 that is a horizontal vibe member and constitutes the side wall surface of the shelf, and a horizontal vibe member 7 that constitutes a depth member. By lifting the horizontal vibe members 5 and 7, the vertical vibe member 3'' is lifted, the width of both sides of the shelf is reduced, and it is configured to be foldable as shown in Figure 1b. (Figure 1b) is a front view of the folded state). Fig. 2 is an enlarged view of the vibrator connecting part in the part A shown in Fig. 1a, and the vibe connecting member 11 is connected to the vibrator having an L-shaped cross section in this embodiment. The insertion portion 13 and the connecting portion 17 having a rivet insertion hole are integrally formed through the contact arm 14, and the insertion portion 13 is fixed to the inner wall of the horizontal vibe member 5 by a method such as spot welding. A rivet 21 protruding from a predetermined position of the vertical vibrator 3 is inserted into the rivet insertion hole 15 of the joint part, and the tip of the rivet is caulked.In the figure, the insertion part 13 is a square vibrator. Although it is in contact with two surfaces, it may be in contact with only one surface as long as the strength can be maintained.In this case, it is advantageous because it is cheaper to manufacture and the number of spot welds is reduced.
It is a cross-sectional view of the part A shown in Figure a, viewed from the back side;
The abutting arm 14 of one connecting member is formed by slightly lifting the connecting portion so as to abut the abutting arm 14 of the other connecting member. Further, the end of the contact arm 14 is formed linearly to increase the contact surface, and the lower end is notched so that it can rotate about the rivet 21. Thereby, the horizontal vibe member 5 can be rotated by 90 degrees. Contrary to the above, in the part where the vertical vibe member lifts up, that is, the joint part shown in figure B adjacent to figure A in FIG. As a result, the vertical vibe member 3'' is lifted upward. Fig. 4 is a perspective view of a folding shelf with a reinforcing member 23 attached thereto. In this embodiment, this reinforcing member has a downward U-shape. The upper side can also be used as a shelf holder.This reinforcing member is sufficient even if a vibe member with a slightly smaller inner diameter is used to make the entire shelf lighter so that it can be folded and transported. This is attached as an accessory in order to obtain sufficient strength, and this also has the effect of preventing the entire shelf from twisting.Figure 5 shows the horizontal vibe fixing fitting 31, which is attached to the depth vibe 7 from above in a U-shape. It is formed so that it is attached in a U-shape from the inside of the shelf along with the horizontal vibrator 5.By attaching this metal fitting, it is possible to effectively prevent the entire shelf from rolling or unexpected shocks. In addition, a shelf support 33 is provided at approximately the center of the side wall of the vibe fixing metal fitting and extends toward the inside of the shelf, which allows it to also serve as a support member. It is also possible that the fixing device has only two parts, a U-shape from above and a U-shape that slides in the horizontal direction in order to fix a horizontal vibe or a depth vibe in only two directions.The present invention has been described in detail above. This structure makes it extremely easy to assemble the shelves, and each level of shelves can be folded at the same time with a single action.Also, since there is no modification to the vibrator, it has the ability to withstand loads. .

Furthermore, by providing the shelf frame with reinforcing members or fixing metal fittings, it is possible to sufficiently cope with the rolling impact, which is a weak point of the folding shelf.
