体部と、該胴体部の内部空間を前記外気吸入ホースの内
部空間と連通ずる首部とから成り、該首部の通路断面積
は前記胴体部の内部空間に比較して絞られており、前記
胴体部の底壁の下面には、内部が空洞とされた偏平な形
状の排水部が取り付けられており、該排水部の内部空間
と前記胴体部の内部空間とは、前記胴体部の底壁に穿設
された第１の排水孔を介して連通されており、前記排水
部の底壁には、第２の排水孔が穿設されていることを特
