This catalyst muffler is a combination of an exhaust muffler for an internal combustion engine and a honeycomb catalyst, and has an inflow chamber for a mixed gas on the downstream side of a mixing section of exhaust gas and secondary air, and has porous holes downstream of the inflow chamber. A partition is provided with a partition plate in between, and a nozzle cam catalyst is further disposed downstream of the partition, and a rear chamber is formed by the rear part of the honeycomb catalyst and the partition plate, and the rear chamber is formed around the outer periphery of the honeycomb catalyst. The exhaust chamber, which communicates with the vacant chamber and is formed by the partition plate and the rear partition plate, and the vacant chamber communicate with each other through a conduit pipe that penetrates the rear chamber from the vacant chamber, and an exhaust pipe is fixed to the exhaust chamber.
