In order to mechanize this manual sorting work, it is necessary to place the collection of unpacked collected mops on a belt conveyor, unit by mop, so that mechanical sorting can be performed by the action of an optical dirt detection device. There is. However, once the mops were tightly compressed, they were closely intertwined with each other, and no effective means could be found to continuously separate them into individual mops. I was in a situation where I had no choice but to depend on them. In view of the conventional drawbacks as described above, the present inventor has developed a model
As a result of various studies on how to quickly reduce the angle of repose created by the accumulation of plastic, we found that by returning the compressed state due to tightening to a fluffy state,
It was found that the angle of repose can be reduced relatively easily.

The present invention was finally completed based on this knowledge, and its characteristics are that a group of mops, etc. in a stacked form is supplied from the upper end opening of a cylindrical rotating body with both ends open at an angle, and the mops, etc. The group of mops, etc. is lifted by friction with the body of the rotating body and repeatedly collapses due to gravity, allowing air to enter the gaps between the unit mops, etc., and flattening the group of mops, etc. while the group of mops, etc. moves downward. The purpose is to take them out one by one individually from the lower opening of the rotating body.

てやればよい。・The present invention will be described in detail below. In order to supply a group of mops, etc. in the form of an accumulation to the upper opening of the rotating body, the mops are grasped at regular intervals using a means such as a graph packet, and the tip is inserted into the rotating body. All you have to do is throw it into the chute that is inserted into the top opening.

坦化することになる。It may also be a cylinder with a surface that has a lot of friction against the mop, for example, a sand vapor-like inner surface. As for the size of the rotating body, its diameter is about 1 to 3 times the long axis of the motsu to be processed.
A length of about 3 to 5 times the diameter of the rotating body is sufficient. The angle of inclination and the number of revolutions can be determined appropriately through experiments. For example, when the angle of inclination is around 3 constant and the number of revolutions is 300 to 500φ, the centrifugal force will cause the group of mops to move against the body of the rotor. 30 to 60 r. without sticking. p. It is about m. Is it heavy if the motsupu group is lifted by friction with the rotating body? The fact that it collapses more means that the compressed motu is beaten, and air enters the gaps between the unit motu and becomes fluffy, and when it becomes fluffy, it becomes easier to slip on each other. The width of the hem formed by the accumulation of motsup groups gradually expands as the motsup group slides downward, and the height of the mountain formed by the accumulation of motsup groups gradually flattens.

る点で甚だ優れている。As is clear from the above description, the present invention repeatedly applies a type of beating action to the closely intertwined collection motu group by passing it through a simple device similar to an inclined rotary sieve. It is extremely superior in that it can drop and remove debris in the motsu, it can reduce the angle of repose by allowing air to enter the motsu, and it can be taken out as a unit motsu one by one from the opening at the bottom of the rotating body. .
