図面はこの考案による回転式有核錠剤機の移送円板への
核の供給異常検出装置の一実施例を示すものであり、第
１図は概略平面図、第２図は移送円板への核の供給位置
を示す要部拡大平面図、第３図は第２図の要部縦断面図
、第４図は正常な核の供給を示す要部断面図、第５図は
異常時の核の供給を示す要部断面図である。 図面において、１は回転盤、２は臼、３は粉末、４は移
送円板、５は孔、６は核、７は圧縮ロール、８は有核錠
剤、９はパイプ、１０は受は板、１１は案内溝、１２は
滑送台、１３は受は座、１４は検出器、１５は支持装置
、１６は上下用ばね、１７は定位置用ばね、１８は回動
部、１９は固定台、２０は溝部、２１は高さ調整ねじ、
２２はおねじ部、２３はめねじ部を示すものである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　回転盤１に多数配設された臼２の中の粉末３の上に
    移送円板４に多数配設された孔５の中の核６を順次載置
    した後粉末３を被せて圧縮ロール７によって圧縮成形す
    ることにより有核錠剤８を連続的に取り出すようにした
    回転式有核錠剤機において、上記移送円板４の孔５の中
    にその上方に配設されたパイプ支持装置１５に取着され
    たパイプ９の中の多数の核６を１個ずつ供給するに当り
    、上記支持装置１５に回動中心部１８を設け、該回動中
    心部１８により支持装置、　１５が回動したことを検出
    する検出器１４を配設し、上記供給が不完全な場合に発
    生する核６を剪断しようとする剪断力によって上記支持
    装置１５を回動させこれにより異常供給を検出すること
    を特徴とする回転式有核錠剤機の移送円板への核の供給
    異常検出装置。 ２　支持装置１５が、上下に調節自在にしたことを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の回転式有核
    錠剤機の移送円板への核の供給異常検出装置。 ３　検出器１４が、異常を検出した場合に直ちに成形さ
    れた異常な有核錠剤を含む有核錠剤のいくつかを排除す
    るための排出装置を作動させることを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の回転式有核錠
    剤機の移送円板への核の供給異常検出装置、 ４　検出器１４が、異常を検出した場合に直ちに錠剤機
    を停止させることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項又は第２項記載の回転式有核錠剤機の移送円板へ
    の核の供給異常検出装置。
