塗料のべとつきを抑制する方法が広く用いられている。For collecting mist, either the dry method using a filter or the like or the wet method using washing water is used, but in large-scale painting booths, the wet method using water washing is mainly used (this method is usually called a wet booth). ) has been adopted. The biggest problem with the wet method is that the paint components in the paint mist adhere to the booth walls, water tanks, circulating water piping, water curtains, etc., and this adheres and hardens, not only reducing the operating efficiency of the booth but also causing the booth to become damaged. This causes a shortening of the demand for In particular, if paint components collected in water adhere to pumps, inner walls of piping, etc., shower nozzles, etc., the amount of circulating water decreases, causing a significant decrease in shower efficiency. As a result, problems such as paint mist being discharged outdoors and odor may occur. In order to solve the above problems, conventionally, a method of adding an alkaline substance such as caustic soda or soda ash to the washing water to suppress the stickiness of the collecting paint has been widely used.

洗浄水用添加剤に関する。However, this method may not be effective at all depending on the type of coating material for which the effect is insufficient. The present inventors attempted to prevent paint from adhering using various surfactants, but they were unable to obtain satisfactory results even when using relatively large amounts of hydrocarbon surfactants. First, it was found that the use of a surfactant having a perfluoroalkyl group or a perfluoroalkenyl group as at least a portion of the hydrophobic group can prevent paint from adhering to the surface of the surface of the surface of the surface of the surface of the surface of the surface of the surface of the surface of the surface. That is, the present invention relates to an additive for wet painting booth wash water containing a fluorosurfactant derived from a dimer or trimer of hexafluoropropene.

Particularly preferred are perfluoroalkenyloxybenzenesulfonyl sarcosinate, N-hydroxyethyl-N-methyl sulfuric acid ester salt of perfluoroalkenylpensulfonamide, and the like. Such fluorine-based surfactants need only be used in an amount of 0.00001% by weight or more based on the cleaning water, and 0.0001% provides better paint adhesion prevention than 1% hydrocarbon surfactant. effect is achieved.

Of course, a hydrocarbon surfactant may be used in combination to improve other properties such as dispersion and emulsification of the collecting paint, or a suitable alkaline substance may be used in combination to reduce stickiness of the paint.
