PURPOSE:To lighten a wheel, to raise a vibration damping property of it and to make it easy to machine the wheel, by forming the wheel by fastening, with a bolt, a rim made of a steel plate to a disk which is formed by winding a fiber reinforced plastics fine line around a low density core-material. 図(C)に示すような金属ブツシュ8を挿入する。金属
ブツシュ8には後述するフィラメントの巻回を矯正する
ための矯正治具9を挿着する。そして、この金属ブツシ
ュ8の外周側に第4図0に示す一方向強化リンダ10を
一体的に嵌合する。一方向強化リング10はガラス、ケ
プラーあるいはカーボンの強化#2維を周方向に配向し
た繊維強化プラスチック(F”RP)から成る。ハブ6
および各金属ブツシュ8には夫々フィラメントあガイド
溝6a、8aが形成されておシ、第5図に示すようにこ
のガイド溝6a、8aを利用して、ガラス、ケプラーあ
るいはカーボンの強化懺維にプラスチックを含浸させた
FRPから成るフィラメント11をハブ6と金属ブツシ
ュ8との間に巻回し、芯部5aの両側向および一方向強
化リング10の外周に懺皮gscを形成する。ここで、
マンドレル7および矯正治具9を取去ることによりディ
スク5は完成する。
