A writing instrument in which a writing part, an ink absorber, and a shaft body are integrated and has a ventilation hole has been proposed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 18265/1982. ), due to the bulky nature of cotton, the cotton often enters the ventilation holes and blocks them, preventing them from functioning as ventilation holes. be. In order to avoid such difficulties, it is necessary to reduce the bulkiness of cotton.
When such cotton is used as an ink storage material, it not only reduces its function as an ink storage material, such as a decrease in ink retention power and a decrease in ink discharge rate, but also impregnates it with a hardening agent to form a writing instrument. Even when this is done, the cotton becomes twisted due to a decrease in bulkiness, which impedes ink flowability.

The object of the present invention is to consist of a shaft cylinder and a diameter-reducing cylinder connected to the shaft cylinder through a step, and a fiber bundle is integrally filled in the shaft cylinder and the diameter-reducing cylinder. In a writing instrument, the portion of the fiber bundle filled in the cylinder is used as an ink storage body, and the portion of the fiber bundle filled in the diameter-reducing cylinder is hardened with a hardening agent, and then the writing part is formed by cutting. This is achieved by a writing instrument characterized in that a shoulder portion of the ink storage body is provided with a cavity and a cavity communicating with the hole of the parenthesis.

本発明を図面に示す実施例にもとづいて説明する。The present invention will be explained based on embodiments shown in the drawings.

In order to incorporate the fiber bundle 5 into the main body of this writing instrument, the fiber bundle 5 made of synthetic fibers such as polyester, polypropylene, acrylic fiber, etc., bent into a hairpin shape, as shown in FIG. This is done by press-fitting it through the opening as shown in FIG. The portion of the fiber bundle 5 filled in the shaft cylinder 1 forms an ink storage body 5a, and voids 6 are formed at both shoulders of the ink storage body 5a. It will communicate with the outside air.

The size and quantity of the fiber bundles 5 are such that the shaft cylinder 1 is filled with a void 6, and the fiber bundles 5 in the diameter-reduced cylinder 2 have a high density as well as the ink storage body in the shaft cylinder 1. The amount of compression is determined to be as follows.

For example, the writing section is configured as follows. First, a curing agent such as a polyurethane curing agent or an epoxy curing agent is injected from the tip of the fiber bundle 5 protruding from the reduced diameter part 2, and after drying,
By heating at 0 to 50 DEG C. for about 48 hours, the tip is hardened, and the writing part 5b is formed into a predetermined shape as shown in FIG. Thus, the writing part, the ink absorber,
A writing instrument with an integrated shaft body is completed. Figure 4 is the third

FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the present invention. In this figure, 11 is a shaft cylinder, 12 is a diameter-reducing cylinder, 13 is a stepped part, 14 is a ventilation hole, 15m is an ink storage body, and 15b is a writing part. , 16

As described above, according to the present invention, by press-fitting the fiber bundle, a void is formed in the shoulder of the ink storage body built into the υ shaft cylinder, and the space is communicated with the outside air through the ventilation hole, thereby allowing the ship's marking device to Since the necessary and sufficient air exchange can be carried out, and there is almost no contact between the air vents and the ink absorber, there is no need to reduce the bulkiness of the cotton used as the ink absorber. Therefore, the ink retention property per unit weight of the ink absorber is excellent, and therefore, the amount of ink absorber used can be reduced, and the writing area can be uniform. In addition, since the writing part is composed of a fiber bundle compressed within the diameter-reducing cylinder, the writing part at the tip has excellent holding power even when using ink with low surface tension such as ink for permanent markers. This provides practical effects such as eliminating the risk of ink flowing backwards when the writing section is turned upward, resulting in temporary inability to write at the beginning of writing.
