層メモの製造方法に関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention is designed to be placed on a desk or carried in a pocket, used for writing notes as appropriate, and to be peeled off and collected one by one after use. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a laminated memo in which a plurality of stacked memo sheets are peelably adhered to each other on at least a portion of their opposing surfaces.

え。Conventionally, the following method has been known as a manufacturing method for this type of laminated memo. In other words, said memo paper? It is a method of sequentially laminating one layer by repeatedly adhering adjacent ones in a releasable manner on at least a portion of their opposing surfaces, but like this! 113
! The manufacturing method requires the adhesion process to be carried out almost as many times as the number of layers to be laminated, making it difficult to mass-produce and being very disadvantageous in terms of manufacturing costs.

にある。In view of these circumstances, the purpose of the present invention is to propose a method that is excellent in mass productivity and can reduce manufacturing costs. -0 The manufacturing method for each laminated sheet according to the present invention, which has been made to achieve all of the above objects, includes a plasticizer layer and a coating layer, which are non-adhesive at room temperature, on the entire surface or part of one side of each memo paper. After coating in a polymerized state and subjecting the other side to release treatment, each memo paper is laminated so that the polymerized layer corresponds to the r@L type treatment color surface, and then each memo paper ? After cutting to a required size, the coating layer 1 is heated to plasticize and exhibit weak adhesive properties, thereby completely adhering adjacent memo sheets to each other.

有利に製造できるに至った。In other words, each memo paper is coated with a coating layer in a polymerized state with the plasticizer layer so that the plasticization phenomenon occurs only when heat is applied, and weak adhesiveness is exhibited. At room temperature T, it is non-adhesive and can be handled without becoming sticky. Therefore, even if a large number of sheets of memo paper are laminated with the polymer layer, the memo sheets will not adhere to each other in an uneven state, and the laminated sheets can be easily aligned and cut into the desired size and shape. In addition, a manufacturing method with excellent mass productivity that effectively utilizes so-called bookbinding technology in a series of flow steps such as heating has been adopted, and the laminated memo can now be manufactured advantageously in terms of cost.
以下、本発明方法の実施例を図面に基いて説明する。Examples of the method of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
