【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はハンドミキサー等の電動調理機において、電
動機の停止、運転等の制御を行なうスイッチ装置に関す
るもので、装置を簡単な構成にし、かつ、本体内に粉等
の異物が混入しても確実に速度制御が行なえるようにし
たものである。

b〜2dに対向する凸部13aを形成している。次に上
記スイッチ装置の操作及びその作動について説明する。
第1図は速度制御端子2aが共通端子用穴14aに位置
し、導体13と接しているが、その他の端子2b,2c
,2dは絶縁物14により絶縁され導体13と接してい
ないため、電動機1は停止した状態となつている。そこ
で第2図にように、操作つまみ15を矢印方向に操作す
ると、金具16に保持されている中心点15bを中心に
回転する。このため絶縁物14が水平移動し、バネ部材
20の凸部20aが絶縁物14に設けられた凹凸部14
fの凸部を乗り越し次の凹部に嵌合する。その時、共通
端子2aはそのまま導体13と接し、低速端子2bが低
速端子用穴14bの位置となり、導体13の凸部13a
と接するため、第4図で示す端子2aと2bが導体13
を介し接続されることになり、電動機1が低速回転する
。上記と同じく、さらにつまみ15を操作すると、第4
図で示す端子2aと2cが導体13を介して接続され中
速回転し(図示せず)、端子2aと2dが導体13を介
して接続され高速回転する(図示せず)。この時、バネ
部材20の凸部20aは同様、絶縁物14の凹凸部14
fの凸部を乗り越し次の凹部で嵌合する。しかし、この
ようなスイッチ装置の場合、ひとつの欠点がある。それ
は電動機1の冷却のために電機子の軸1″に固定された
冷却ファン22により、空気穴5aを通して空気を吸込
む際、粉等の異物を同時に吸込む。そのため粉が導体1
3と速度制御端子2a〜2dの間に入り込み接点不良と
なる。特に速度制御端子2b〜2dは導体13と摺動せ
す圧接するだけであるため、上記の不良が発生しやすい
。そのため第6図で示すように導体13の速度制御端子
2b〜2dと対向する部分に凸部13aを形成すること
により、速度を切換えるごとに、速度制御端子2b〜2
dの接点部をクリーニングするとともに導体13aと摺
動接触するため、上記の問題を解消することができる。
このように本発明は電動機に速度制御端子を形成し、導
体との間に切欠き穴を有した絶縁物を介在したもので、
導体に凸部を形成せしめ、速度制御端子と接離させるた
め、速度を切換えるごとに接点部のクリーニングが行な
われ確実な制御が行なえる。またスイッチ装置の接点部
分を本体の内部に位置させることができるため、簡単な
構成により安全性の高い低資源、高品質、低コスト、組
立性の良い調理機のスイッチ装置となるものである。
