CONSTITUTION:All apparatuses necessary for dehydation of sludge are loaded on a truck C which is drivable to a driver having common license. 小都市部での小規模下水処理場では1週間或いは2週間
に一回位で脱水処理すれば充分で大都市の処理場と同様
常設の脱水設備を設ける必要がない。小規模下水処理場
で脱水設備を設けるとその作業上から脱水機の予備機、
補修部品等を常備させる必要がちシ、また運転維持管理
においても作業員の常駐或いは巡回によるメンテナンス
を行う必要が生じ、コストアップとなシ、また環境保全
面からもこの脱水機部分が最も悪臭の発生するところな
るため、この悪臭防止の設備をも必要とし、小規模処理
場では之等の諸設備を完備することは経済的に非常に負
担が大きいものとなる。従って斯る小規模の下水処理場
が分散して設置される地域では各処理場で発生する汚泥
を移動型の汚泥脱水機で各下水処理場全定期的に巡回し
て処理する万が経済的である。

水機はエンドレス状の二枚の1布6aと6bがフロック
の脱水が行えるよう互いに沿わせ且何回も折れ曲がるよ
うにして複数のローラ群にて導びかれるようになりてお
シ両戸布間にて強く挟圧されて所望の脱水が行なわれる
。二枚o1s布6a、6bのくさび状加圧脱水部6o内
にて前処理ドラムの濃縮部よシ汚泥が供給されるとこの
エンドレスベルト状P布の駆動によシ該脱水部6Cで8
〜15%まで脱水され、フロックは互いに緊冨に結合し
た板状となシ、次に続くローラ加圧部6dにてさらに加
圧脱水が行なわれる。このローラ加圧部のうち任意のも
の或いは後方側の加圧ローラ7(一本又は複数本)内に
トラックのエンジン排熱を導びき、該排熱を利用して4
0〜100 ℃に加熱し加圧ローラにて加圧脱水された
ケーキの水分をさらに脱水するようになす。このように
して脱水後のケーキはエンドレスベルト状p布6a、 
6bの開放された排出部6eよシ排出され脱水ケーキホ
ッパー8内へ投入され一時的に貯留される。また脱水機
のp布6a、、5bは脱水機に附設された洗浄装置9a
、9bにて洗浄されるが、この洗浄後の洗浄水と距離水
はホッパ90にて集受水し、これを循環ポンプIOKよ
シ前処理ドラムへ戻され該ドラムの洗浄水再生部40に
てSS濃度200 mt/N以下に調整された後これを
洗浄水タンク11に貯水される。この洗浄水タンク11
の洗浄水は洗浄ポンプ12にて上記洗浄装置9a、9b
へ供給され沖布の洗浄用として再利用されるが、汚泥の
脱水による分離水・添ヵIJ凝集剤によシ増えた量は洗
浄水タンク11よジオ−バフローして処理場へ戻される
が、この場合ss濃度200 my/β以下に清浄化さ
れているので処理場の機能を損なうことがない。

運搬量を約1トンとし、普通免許で運転可能な車輛総重
