DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for transmitting information from an exchange to a terminal, and in particular, it relates to a method for transmitting information from an exchange to a terminal, and in particular, it relates to a method for transmitting information after communication in a switching network accommodating terminals that use an envelope transmission method consisting of a periodic arrangement of signal bits and a plurality of data bits. It concerns the mode of delivery.

Accordingly, information could not be sent from the exchange to the terminal during the terminal disconnection operation, so after the terminal was disconnected and idle, the exchange received a call again, waited for the terminal's response, and then sent the information. However, there are drawbacks such as it takes time, and a collision occurs between the call originating from the terminal and the incoming call from the machine.

In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention inserts additional information at an appropriate point in the transmission and reception of signals between adjacent terminals, from disconnection to idle state, and will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows the correspondence between the terminal interface lines, ie, the T line, C line, R line, and 1 line, and the envelope format on the transmission line to the exchange and the envelope format on the reception line from the exchange.

That is, the information from the terminal is such that the T line is data bit 12.
Then, the control from the terminal is converted from the C line to signal bit 11 through the respective line termination equipment. Similarly, information from the exchange is converted into data bits 21 to R lines and signal bits 22 to 1 lines through line termination equipment. An operation in which a terminal receives additional information and disconnection confirmation from an exchange after requesting disconnection during communication will be described.

It shows changes in line, C line, R line, and 1 line. During communication, the terminal has arbitrary information on the T line, the C line is on, and the R line also has arbitrary information, and the 1st line is on.

When a communicating terminal requests disconnection, T line level 0,
When the C line is turned off, all data bits 12 change to 0 and signal bit 11 changes to 0, which are detected by the exchange. After detecting disconnection, the exchange sets all data bits 21 to 0 and signal bit 2.
When 2 is changed to 0, the R line bells 0 and 1 are turned off, and the terminal knows that the disconnection has started. After maintaining this disconnection start state for a certain period of time, the exchange sets the signal bit 22 to 0 and sets the data bit 21 to an additional information pattern preceded by a plurality of SYN characters.

This additional information is sent out on the R line, allowing the terminal to know information about the call, such as instant notification of charges, for example. When the exchange machine finishes sending out the additional information, data bit 21
are set to all 0 or all 1, and the state shifts to the disconnection confirmation state.

After maintaining the disconnection confirmation state for a certain number of times that can be recognized as disconnection confirmation, the exchange sets all data bits 21 to 1 and signal bits 22 to 0. However, if all data bits 21 are 1, this is not necessary. In this state, the R line changes to level 1, and by changing the T line to level 1 after detection on the terminal side, the terminal shifts to the idle state. As described above, information can be delivered to the terminal by inserting additional information in the terminal operation sequence at the time of disconnection, from the start of disconnection to the disconnection confirmation letter. In FIG. 3, one line is changed at the same time as the additional information is sent from the exchange to the terminal, making it easy to distinguish from normal disconnection on the terminal side. That is, the process from the terminal's disconnection request to the disconnection start state is the same as the embodiment shown in FIG. shall be. After sending out the additional information pattern, the signal bit 22 is set to 0, and after delivering an envelope of all 0 data bits 21 for a certain number of times or for a certain period of time, all data bits 21 are set to 1.
or signal bit 22 to 0 and data bit 21 to
By transporting an envelope that is all 1, the R line changes to level 1, which is detected on the terminal side as disconnection confirmation, and by changing the T line to level 1, the terminal:
Move to empty state. As explained above, according to the configuration of the present invention, additional information can be received from the exchange during the process in which the terminal transitions from being in communication to being disconnected and becoming idle, so information can be delivered quickly, and It has the advantage of not requiring complicated operations such as recall.

[Scope of Claims] 1. In a post-communication information delivery method of a switching network that accommodates terminals that use an envelope transmission method consisting of a periodic array of signal bits and a plurality of data bits, a terminal transmits one signal bit during communication. At the end of the communication, the terminal requesting disconnection continuously sends an envelope with the signal bits being 0 and all data bits being 0, and then the exchange transmits an envelope with the signal bits being 0 and all data bits being 0. Following the continuous transmission of the disconnection start state, after transmitting any additional information character in which the signal bit is 0 and the data bits precede the synchronization character, the envelope in which the signal bit is 0 and the data bits are all 0 or 1 is confirmed to be disconnected. A post-communication information delivery method characterized in that arbitrary information is delivered from an exchange to a terminal at the end of communication by creating a disconnection confirmation state in which more than a certain number of recognizable pieces of information are sent consecutively. 2. In the post-communication information delivery method of a switching network that accommodates terminals that use an envelope transmission method consisting of a periodic array of signal bits and multiple data bits, during communication, the terminal transmits an envelope with the signal bit set to 1. Then, at the end of the communication, after the terminal requesting disconnection continuously transmits an envelope in which the signal bits are 0 and all data bits are 0, the exchange starts disconnection by continuously transmitting an envelope in which the signal bits are 0 and all data bits are 0. Following the state, after transmitting an arbitrary additional information character in which the signal bit is 1 and the data bits precede the synchronization character, an envelope in which the signal bit is 0 and the data bits are all 0 or 1 is a certain number or more that can be recognized as disconnection confirmation. A post-communication information delivery method characterized by sending arbitrary information from an exchange to a terminal at the end of communication by setting the disconnection confirmation state to continuous sending.
