Traditionally, in order to form color designs on painted parts, the screen process method and stencil method are used to directly apply the design with paint and bake it, but there are restrictions on objects with curved surfaces such as fuel tanks. It is impossible to create beautiful, delicate, multicolored and complex shapes.

In addition, in the case of varnished marks, the entire mark is completed in the form of a sheet, which has the drawback of insufficient air permeability and the fact that residual air bubbles are likely to expand and cause blisters when competing with sharks. Furthermore, even if ordinary transfer marks are used, the above-mentioned defects are extremely noticeable. Although there is a method of painting using transfer paper for ceramics, the ceramic itself is a product that can withstand high-temperature phosphorization of 500 oo or more, and cannot be applied to painted parts. In addition, it is difficult to adhere to a painted surface using a curing agent or curing polymerization by heating. That is, even when a paint is applied over a polymerized coating, it is necessary to adjust the substrate, and although polymerization progresses inside the mark material, it cannot be positively fixed to the substrate. [Object of the Invention] The present invention was made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a transfer method that can easily form a monochrome or multicolor design on a painted curved surface. .

To achieve the above object, the method of transferring a color design to a painted part of the present invention is to apply water-soluble pork glue to a hygroscopic paper coated with a protective paper, and apply lacquer or thermosetting resin ink on top of it. A transfer paper for painted parts, on which a color design has been printed and solidified, is soaked in an aqueous solution of a water-soluble solvent to soften (activate) the ink of the color design, and then this transfer paper is applied to a painted part with a curved surface. Place the object on its back and rub it vigorously to transfer and adhere the colored design ink to the painted parts, then wash the adhering transfer paper with water to dissolve the water-soluble pig glue between the printed color design and the hygroscopic paper. The protective paper, hygroscopic paper, and glue are removed, and then a clear coat is applied to the painted parts on which the color design remains fixed.

As shown in Fig. 1, water-soluble pig glue 2 is applied in advance to printing book paper 3 with good hygroscopicity, and color design 1 is printed on the back side with thermosetting resin ink or lacquer ink. This color design has not been polymerized and hardened, but is simply agglomerated and solidified, and can be remelted with a solvent. Therefore, in order to prevent the design itself from being damaged if the thin printing paper 3 serving as the backing paper is damaged during transfer, it is further backed with a protective paper 4. In order to transfer the color design 1 to the painted parts using the transfer paper for painted parts constructed in this way, the transfer paper is soaked in an aqueous solution of a water-soluble solvent to soften (activate) the color design 1, and then the color design 1 is softened (activated). As shown in Figure 2, the painted surface 6 of the painted part 5
Place the protective paper 4 together with the protective paper 4 and press firmly to transfer and adhere the color design 1 to the painted surface 6.

As the hydrophilic solvent for softening the color design 1, butyl cellosolve, ethyl cellosolve, etc. are used. The mixing ratio of the water port solvent is 7 parts of ordinary water to 1 part of butyl cellosolve.
It is appropriate to use a proportion of . When the temperature is high, gradually increase the amount of water and adjust the ratio.
That is, the feature of the present invention is that the design ink is softened (activated) without being dissolved and disintegrated by an aqueous solution in an appropriate proportion, and is made into a sticky state and transferred and adhered to the painted surface 6 of the painted part 5. Press it into place for about 3 minutes. If you wash it with water after a few minutes, it will turn out to be printed thin paper 3.
As the Mizugata Yusui glue 2 melts and is washed away, the protective paper 4 gradually separates as shown in FIG. 2, leaving only the color design 1 fixed on the painted surface 6. Color design 1 is completed by applying clear paint on top of it.

FIG. 3 shows the situation, and 7 is a clear coating film, and even baking paint does not cause defects in color design during baking. [Effects of the Invention] As can be seen from the above description, the present invention enables the color design to be transferred to the painted parts to be softened and activated by an aqueous solution of a water-soluble solvent in an appropriate ratio without being eluted and disintegrated, and then painted on the painted parts. Since it is transferred and adhered to the surface and then a clear coat is applied on top of it, it is extremely easy to form a colored design on a curved painted surface, and it can be said to be an epoch-making method that can replace conventional methods.
