Abstract

PURPOSE:To raise the reliability of a check valve product by eliminating the needs for manual operation by cutter, etc., and also equalizing the diameter of outlet port by a method in which a check valve without outlet port for preventing back flow is molded, the tip of an intermediate mold is pressed on the molding, and an outlet is formed by press-cutting. していた。そのため製造に多くの手数を要するばかりで
なく流出口の口径が均一とならない欠点を有していた。

周形状に合致させた外型と、この外型の下端に位置し逆
止弁の流出口外端面に突当てる下型と、逆止弁の内周形
状に略一致させるが先端部を下型表面と少しく開隔を介
して位置した中型とにより流出口の形成肉厚を設けて形
成した後、下型がら外型、中型を分離上昇し、この分離
上昇した中型の先端部と衝突しても先端部を破損しない
程度の弾性を有する突当体を外型、中型の下面に臨ませ
て位置し、この突当体に成形物を保持した外型、中型を
加圧突当てし、形成肉厚に流出口を中型先端部で押し切
り形成するものであって、逆流防止用の流出口を形成す
るには、流出口を形成することなく肉厚のみを設けて成
型加工した後、中型の先端部を破損しない程度の弾性を
有する突当体に成形物を保持した外型、中型を加圧突当
てすれば、形成肉厚に流出口を中型先端部で押し切り形
成するものであるから、カッター等により手作業で流出
口を形成するような多くの手数を要することがないとと
もに流出口の口径が均一となり、製品の信頼性を向上す
ることができるものである。
