たことを検出する張力検出手段と、該張力検出手段によ
り張力低下を検出したとき、及び/又は前記巻取機構部
のモータの駆動電源がオフとなったとき、そのモータ発
電ブレーキとして機能させ得るたるみ抑制手−段と、前
記巻取機構部のモータが駆動開始又は駆動再開される際
、そのモータのトルクが徐々に前記荷重設定部の設定値
まで到達するように機能する時定数調整手段とを有す名
ことを特徴とする零バランサ。
