端子、８及び８ａ〜８ｄは入力信号重畳用コンデンサ、
９，９ａ〜９ｄ、１０及び　　　−１８は緩衝増幅器で
ある。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. スイッチング素子の入力電極に入力信号を供給し、゛出
    力電極から出力信号を取出すと共に、制御電極に抵抗器
    を介して制御信号を供給するようにしたスイッチング回
    路において、上記スイッチング素子の入力電極と制御電
    極との間にコンデンサを接続して、上記制御電極に上記
    入力信号と上記制御信号とを重畳して供給するようにし
    たことを特徴とするスイッチング回路。
