態で両延出部を籾袋の開口内に係合させて籾袋を確実良
好に開口保持させることができ、両延出部を籾袋の開口
内に係合させたり外したりすることも容易に行なうこと
ができ、使用しない状態ではつる巻部を支持杆の小径杆
部に移動させて自由回動できる状態にして邪魔にならな
いように収納することができ、簡単な構造にして好適に
実施できる特長を有する。
