Crane ships are available in different sizes and capacities depending on the load, but in recent years super-large crane ships that self-propel on the ocean are shown in a side view in Figure 1 and a front view in Figure 2. A crane ship 1 of the same size as twin 8 is in practical use.

In this way, the twin-hulled crane ship 1 has good stability, and the propellers 5 are provided at the sterns of the left and right floating bodies 4, 4, making it possible to self-propel at relatively high speeds. Although it has great advantages, the huge crane 6 requires the crane pedestal 7 to be installed directly on the duck deck 2 near the ship's center of gravity in order to ensure stability during cargo handling.
A major drawback is that the length of the boom 8 becomes extremely long, which significantly reduces work efficiency.

Therefore, while using the same double moon oka shape, Fig. 3 shows a side view.
Furthermore, as shown in a plan view in FIG. 4, a crane ship 9 has been developed in which the crane 6 is mounted near the bow of the deck 2 to improve crane cargo handling performance.

Although the crane ship 9 can solve the problems of the crane ship 1, such as improving the workability of the crane 6 and requiring a shorter boom 8, the bow side of the ship may sink significantly due to the huge load placed on the crane 6 during cargo handling. As a result, the stability during cargo handling is poor and it is extremely dangerous.

In order to solve this problem, the crane ship 9 has a floating body 10 that secures buoyancy at the lower part of the bow, extending between the left and right columns 3 and 3 on the bow side and between the left and right floating bodies 4, 4, while keeping both members in the same condition. was formed.

This solved the instability during cargo handling with the crane, but since the bow was blocked to form a large floating body 10 while keeping both ears in the same shape, the cruising speed was significantly reduced, and it was necessary to improve the propulsion horsepower. Even more troublesome problems arose.

Based on the above-mentioned viewpoints, the present invention provides a crane ship that is equipped with a crane at the bow, can ensure stability during crane loading and unloading, and is also capable of high-speed cruising.
A crane pedestal is attached to the upper end, a floating body is attached to the lower end, and two submerged floating bodies with propellers are attached to the pillars installed on the left and right front and back under the deck, and propellers are attached to the two tail ends on the left and right along the length of the ship. This problem was solved by attaching a vertically extending shaft near the bow of a ship with similar blade damage, so that it can be driven up and down freely, allowing the floating body to be pulled up above the water surface for navigation, and submerged in the water for cargo handling with a crane. It is characterized by the following points. Next, a crane ship of the present invention will be explained by way of an embodiment with reference to the drawings.

A floating body 22 is attached to the lower end of the support column 19, which is formed in consideration of the maximum load applied to the crane 16. When the floating body 22 raises the support column 19 to its upper limit, it comes into contact with the lower surface of the deck 12 and is pulled up above the water surface 23, but as shown in the side view of the cargo handling state in FIG. When the strut 19 is lowered to the lower limit, a portion or the whole of the strut 19 is submerged below the water surface 23 to resist the load of the crane 16 and prevent the bow side from descending.

When starting cargo handling, as shown in FIGS. 6, 7, and 8, the support 19 is lowered to the lower limit, part or all of the floating body 22 is submerged below the water surface 23, and the crane 16 is lowered. Make sure that the bow does not fall due to this load. If the crane 16 is laid down on the bridge tower 25 during navigation,
It's safe.

As is clear from the above description, the crane ship of the present invention is capable of securing buoyancy at the bow necessary for crane cargo handling while installing a crane at the bow of the twin-hulled hull, and is also able to prevent harmful floating bodies from being removed from the bow during navigation. Since it is not provided in the air, there is no risk of deteriorating navigation speed, but it does bring about an excellent effect.
