Traditionally, windows in general buildings were not equipped with condensation water treatment equipment that discharges condensed water caused by temperature differences between the outdoors and indoors to the outside. The condensed water that occurred ran down the window frames and frames of the fittings, and flowed directly onto the walls and floors inside, leaving stains on the walls and floors, resulting in extremely unclean conditions. .

This invention has a protrusion that has a condensation drain that protrudes from the lower frame material.
There is an airtight part that seals between the bottom frame material and the lower part of the shoji, and it is installed toward the indoor side from this airtight part, and comes into contact with the bottom frame material due to external wind pressure, blocking the condensation drain and preventing the backflow of condensed water. This relates to a window condensation water treatment device that is equipped with an airtight member consisting of an on-off valve and is intended to solve the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks.One example of the device is described below with reference to the drawings. It is.

One embodiment of the condensation water treatment device for a window according to the present invention is configured as described above, so for example, when the dew condensation water treatment device of the present invention is applied to a casement window shown in each drawing and the condensation water is discharged, First, a pair of formwork members 3 and 4 are placed on both left and right ends of the lower frame member 1 and upper frame member 2 to assemble a rectangular window frame A, and then the window frame A is fitted into the opening of the building. After attaching the butterfly 16 so that the shoji 10 can be opened freely, the airtight member 17 is fitted to the protrusion 7 of the lower frame material 1, and the opening/closing valve 20 is placed on the ice return wall 5 of the lower frame material 1. In addition to being located near the outer surface, the airtight member 17
The lower part of the shoji 10 can be brought into contact with the airtight part 19 of the window frame A to maintain airtightness between the lower frame material 1 and the shoji 10. Or shoji 1
0, and is then discharged outdoors through the condensation drain 8. However, during strong winds, the on-off valve 20 of the airtight member 17 comes into contact with the outer surface of the water return wall 5, reducing the wind pressure. This prevents the backflow of condensed water and rainwater from the dew condensation drain port 8.

Also, a stopper part 25 of the on-off valve 20 is provided on the outer surface of the water return wall 5.
If the on-off valve 2 in the airtight member 17 is provided with
0 comes into contact with the stopper part 25 to prevent the backflow of condensed water and rainwater caused by reverse deformation of the on-off valve 20 due to wind pressure,
This has the practical effect of reliably preventing reverse blowback during strong winds.

Furthermore, the airtight part 19 in the airtight member 17 includes a hollow first airtight part A and a second airtight part opening located above the first airtight part A and protruding from the first airtight part A at a predetermined interval. In the case of a shoji, it is also possible to install the shoji 10 airtightly and open and close the condensation drain port 8 by installing it in the same manner as above.In particular, by providing the first airtight part A and the second airtight part opening separately, This has the practical effect of eliminating capillary action of condensation water or rainwater, preventing rainwater from seeping in, and ensuring airtightness through double sealing.

In addition, by extending the on-off valve 20 to the airtight member 17,
In the summer, it prevents warm air from entering the indoor side and also prevents the cold air from flowing out from the indoor side.Furthermore, in the winter, contrary to the above, it prevents cold air from entering the indoor side, and also prevents the cold air from entering the indoor side. Furthermore, by integrally forming the airtight part 19 and the on-off valve 20, there is no need for a separate configuration or installation of the on-off valve 20, which is practical in terms of implementation. It's also effective.

As mentioned above, the window condensation water treatment device according to the present invention has a condensation water treatment device that has a condensation drain port that is installed at the top of the water return wall provided on the indoor side of the lower frame material and protrudes toward the outdoor side. an airtight part for sealing between the lower frame material and the lower part of the shoji;
An airtight member is installed near the outer surface of the water return wall, facing indoors from the lower end of this airtight part, and comes into contact with the water return wall due to outside wind pressure, and consists of an on-off valve that closes the condensation drain. Therefore, when this device is installed, the condensed water that occurs on the window due to the temperature difference between indoors and outdoors will be directly discharged to the outdoor side from the condensation drain hole formed in the bottom frame material, and will be discharged from the indoor side. This prevents condensed water from flowing into the room, preventing stains on walls and floors caused by the inflow of condensed water.Furthermore, the on-off valve installed in the airtight member prevents condensed water and rainwater from flowing back into the air, making it ice-tight and air-tight. This device exhibits extremely large practical effects as a highly efficient window condensation water treatment device.
