6図はレーザ出力の経時的変化を従来と本考案とについ
て比較した図、第7図はYAGレーザに本考案を用いた
場合のレーザ出力の入力特性を示す図である。
1・・・レーザロッド、2・・・ポンピング光源、3・
・・反射集光鏡、5,6・・・共振器鏡、9・・・銀反
射面、10・・・金薄膜。

実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する。
○実用新案登録請求の範囲
(1)レーザ物質とこのレーザ物質を励起する励起ラン
プとこれら両者を囲繞する反射集光鏡と上記レーザ物質
の両側になりかつ軸延長上に設けられる共振器鏡とを備
える固体レーザ発振器において、上記反射集光鏡はその
反射面が銀反射層を耐食性物質で被覆した反射面になる
ことを特徴とする固体レーザ発振装置。
(2)耐食性物質は金蒸着膜または金メッキからなるこ
とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の固
体レーザ発振装置。
(3)、耐食性物質は反射集光鏡の中央部より両端部に
おいて厚膜になることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項記載の固体レーザ発振装置。
<4) 耐食性物質はポリオルガノシルセスキオキサ
ンからなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
