Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）磁性合金薄板を複数枚組み合せてなる巻鉄心を切
    断することによって得られた第１と第２の磁心部材を該
    切断面同志を絶縁膜を介して突き合せた磁心と、ｉ磁心
    に巻回されたコイルとからなることを特徴とするトラン
    ス。
  2. （２）前記絶縁膜の厚みは、２０μｍ以下であり、好ま
    しくは１０μｍ以下の範囲内であることを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のトランス。
  3. （３）前記絶縁膜は、スパッタ処理により形成さ、れる
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第
    ２項記載のトランス。
