スリーブを押圧せしめる様にし、拡大シリンダーを通過
する原料に対しスリーブの縮径により一定の押圧を作用
せしめて密度の均質化を図らしめる様にして上記欠点を
解消せんとしたものにして、以下本考案の一実施例を図
面に基づいて説明すると、 1は押出成型機であり、押出シリンダー2に内装せしめ

れると共に原料Mにおける外周部と中心部との間の密度
差もスリーブ12の中心方向への圧縮圧により矯正され
、よって押出シリンダー2の内径D1より大径なる成型
体Wを常に均質な状態で押出せしめることが出来、後工
程での歪、切れ等の不良品の発生を防止せしめて歩留り
の向上を図らしめることが出来る等その実用的効果甚だ
大なるものである。
