Abstract

PURPOSE:To blow automatically oxygen into an electric furnace without danger in the stage of feeding plural oxygen-blowing pipes to the inside of the electric furnace by attaching the oxygen-blowing pipes to the lifting base and tilting base on a moving carriage. CONSTITUTION:A lifting base 10 which is moved upward and downward along a guide rod 9 by a lifting device 8 is provided on a carriage 1 which can be moved to the side of an electric furnace by wheels 6, 7 in the stage of blowing gaseous oxygen into the molten steel in said furnace and refining the molten steel by decarburization. A base 11 tiltable around a fulcrum 12 is attached on the base 10 and rollers 18 grasping plural pieces of oxygen-blowing pipes are provided on the surface thereof. 機全滅変速して行うス々リューロッV方式であるが、こ
の他にピニオンラック式、油圧シリンダ式、リン々式等
が採用できる。またこの昇降台10には台車の走行方向
に傾動する//L し、との両軸受10m、kb間に軸12を挿通し、この
軸12を中心にして傾動台11を第1図に示す如く傾動
せしめる。

ラ18tll14図乃至第6図に示される如く傾動台に
軸18fにて枢着された揺動アーム18gの先端に自由
回動するよう支持され、上記管Pを所要の圧力で二つの
ローラ18m、18b間にて挾持されるようになす。

行なわれる。そしてこの酸素吹込管先端部が7−々熱や
溶鋼熱にて溶解し、焼損するとその焼損分のみローラ1
8aが駆動され自給的に管の送り込みを行うものである
。この管挾持甲ローラの駆動は手動にて行うこともでき
るが自動化するため予め管の焼損率を膜中し、これに応
じたプログラムによって自給的に間歇的に回動するよう
になすものであるO 尚、この酸素吹込時その反作用にて台車が後退するのを
防止するため車輪に制動装置を設けたり、又は図示の如
く昇降式のステー20を設けることがある。
