In recent years, in hotels, condominiums, general housing, etc., baths are manufactured in factories using synthetic resin instead of tiles, etc. as in the past, and there are many models that can be constructed on-site with just a little construction work. Among these equipment units, more and more equipment units are now in use, with a washbasin installed on the side wall at one end of the bathroom floor so that the floor can also be used as a washing area and sink.

In other words, the floor surface 1 in the two types of equipment units is the floor in the unreliable movement space when taking a bath or washing the toilet, but when the bathing style is Japanese style, it also serves as a place to wash the body. Become.

However, the floor 1, which is also used as a washing area, naturally gets soaked with hot water and water, which makes it difficult for people to step on the floor when they are washing their clothes, and it cannot be used as a washing area for other people while they are bathing. There were drawbacks such as loss of functionality.

This idea was created in view of Narijo's shortcomings, and focused on the practical inconvenience of having the floor used as both a washing area and a washroom. The purpose is to create separate dedicated spaces for each, that is, partitions in the shape of the floor itself, and to categorize the uses. The reason is that the and washroom floor are integrally formed with a boundary between them.

An embodiment of the present invention will be explained based on FIGS. 3 and 4. An equipment unit made of synthetic resin such as F, RoP, etc. consisting of a floor, side walls, and ceiling includes a bathtub 2 and an adjacent wall. A counter 4 with a washbasin 3 is provided, and a side wall 5
A washroom 6 is formed on the floor surrounded by the bathtub 2, and a washroom floor 7 is formed on the flat floor surrounded by the counter 4, the side wall 5, and the door 11 adjacent to the washroom 6. Both the bathtub 2 and the counter 4 are formed or installed higher than the washing area 6 and washroom floor 7.

The washing area 6 is equipped with an ice vent 8 for overflowing water from the bathtub 2 and for hot water when washing the body, and a wash floor 7 is integrated with the washing area 6 at a level one step higher than the level of the washing area 6. A drain groove 12 is connected to the boundary between the washing area 6 and the washroom floor 7.

That is, the wash area 6 and wash floor 7 are integrally formed of synthetic resin such as F, RoP, etc., and the wash area 7 is raised higher than the wash area 6 so that hot water from the wash area does not flow into the wash area. A step is provided, and a drain 12 having a drain hole 8 on the bathing area side of both boundary areas 9 is formed integrally with the bathing area and the washroom floor, and a curtain is installed from the ceiling in the space above the step. It hangs down and separates the washing area from the sink.

Therefore, in a facility unit like Naruko, which has a bathing function and a washing function in the same room, the washroom floor is formed one step higher than the bathing washing area, and a drainage hole is provided on the bathing washing area side at the boundary between the two. The drainage ditch is formed integrally with the bathing area and the washroom floor, and a door is provided on a part of the wall around the washroom floor, which prevents the washroom floor from getting wet when bathing, making it easier to enter the room. This eliminates the discomfort caused by washing and allows the bathroom floor to be used as a dressing space.

In addition, since a door is provided on the wall around the washroom floor, there is no need to step into the filtrated washroom, eliminating discomfort.

Furthermore, by providing a partition such as a curtain between the bathtub side and the sink side, another person can use the washroom while taking a bath, which is extremely effective.
