In order to prevent dew condensation on the entire viewing window, a heater with a large heat generating capacity is required, and the structure becomes complicated, including the addition of safety devices, and power consumption increases.

It is constructed by sequentially polymerizing and laminating a vapor deposited layer 7b made of a conductive metal such as silver, titanium oxide, or aluminum, and a transparent protective plate 7c, etc., and has a moisture-proof property and a selective transmission/reflection function, and transmits visible light. It reflects infrared rays.
