Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify a structure to reduce a cost by placing two dished articles opposite each other at their outer flanges and connecting them through engaging parts, after forming the dished article by a dished blank formed of a disc-shaped blank. CONSTITUTION:On the manufacture, a disc-shaped blank is at first formed by stamping out a metal plate. Next the disc-shaped blank is processed by a drawing operation or the like so as to form a dished blank 2 having an outer flange 3 at a peripheral edge of a drum portion 2a thereof and a circular recess 4 at a bottom protion 2b thereof, respectively. Continuously the dished blank 2 is simultaneously stamped out at the center of the bottom portion 2b to form a shaft hole 5 and at the outer flange 3 to form an outer flange engaging groove 6. After one dished article A is thus formed, two dished articles are integrally connected with each other, while forming a rib 8 by fitting each of the outer flange bent parts 3a into the engaging groove 6 corresponding thereto, and accordingly a product is obtained.

合溝に夫々嵌合しかつその外鍔折曲部を前記短銃にかし
めてなるから一種類の皿型体二個を一組とし双方の外鍔
折曲部を嵌合溝に嵌合してその外鍔新曲部を嵌合溝の短
銃部にかしめて製造できることになり、従来のように二
種類の皿型体を夫々別なプレス工程により製造するとい
った煩雑さがなくなり能率が高められコスト減が計られ
る。また従来のように皿型体の胴部同志を重ね合わせる
必要がないため胴部中が小さくてもよくなり材料の絶対
量も少なくてよい。しかも外鍔折曲部が短銃にかしめら
れてこの発明製品の中心周面にリプが形成されることに
なり強度も高いものになる。また外鍔折曲部3aK嵌合
溝6に嵌合することにより短銃7が外鍔折曲部3aの内
壁に係合して位置決め作用をなし三者の皿型体の軸心の
ずれを防止できる等優れた効果を有する。
