Claims (1)

黒色ガード体の配列周波数に変換した偏向制御信号を出
力する偏向制御信号形成部と、前記単電子銃のビーム電
流がほぼペデスタルレベルの所定電流より少ない間にの
み前記偏向制御信号を通過させるゲート部と、該ゲート
