Claims (1)
5,6及び室外側熱交換器7等から成り、しかも、前記
室内側熱交換器4と室外側熱交換器7との間に、高圧液
冷媒を加熱する冷媒加熱器8と、該冷媒加熱器8で加熱
された冷媒を液冷媒とガス冷媒とに分離する気液分離器
9とを設け、該気液分離器9で分離したガス冷媒を高圧
冷媒ガス回路11に導ひく如くなした冷暖房装置におい
て、前記冷媒加熱器8と並列に、高圧圧力制御弁18を
もつバイパス回路19を設けて、高圧液冷媒の圧力が設
定圧力以上になると、高圧液冷媒の一部又は全量が高圧
圧力制御弁18を介して前記冷媒加熱器8をバイパスし
