第1図は、従来のガス軸受の部分横断面図、第2図は同
軸受の弾発体の組立て説明図、第3図は本考案に係るガ
ス軸受の一実施例を示す横断面図、第4図は同軸受に用
いられるばねフォイルの斜視図、第5図は第4図のばね
フォイルを折り曲げた状態を示す斜視図、第6図は第3
図の周方向展開断面図、第7図は、本考案の軸受の他の
実施例を示す部分横断面図、第8図は同軸受の周方向の
展開断面図、第9図は本考案のガス軸受の更に他の実施
例を示す横断面図である。
図中、1は回転軸、2は軸受ケース、3は支承面、4は
トップフォイル(軸受部材)、6.7゜10はばねフォ
イル、6a、?a、10aは折曲点、8は折り曲げ溝、
9はスリットである。

Claims (1)
軸受ケースと該軸受ケースの支承面と上記回転軸との間
に設けられその表面が回転軸外側にガス膜を形成するた
めの軸受面となる軸受部材と、該軸受部材に作用するガ
ス膜圧を上記支承面より弾発支持すべく、支承面に複数
、重ね合わせて設けられたばねフォイルとを有し、上記
各ばねフォイルが支承面に沿って折曲形成されると共に
隣接するばねフォイルの折曲点を相互にずらせて配設し
