Comprising a main ladder and a child ladder slidably supported by the main ladder, an upper pulley is pivotally supported at the upper part of the side rung of the main ladder via a ball fixture, and a lower fixture is attached to the lower part of the side rung of the child ladder. The lower pulley is pivotally supported through the rope, one end of the rope body is fixed to the ball mount, and the other end is hung on the upper pulley via the lower pulley, and the expansion and contraction can be adjusted by pulling the other end. In a telescopic ladder in which a fixing hook body provided on a child ladder is freely removable from a treadle of a main ladder, the lower fixture is attached to a pulley case body which pivotally supports a lower pulley, and a pulley case body.
