封容器嵌合用貫通穴に嵌合してその貫通穴を閉鎖する嵌
合体と、該嵌合体に固着されると共に上記フランジに圧
接する下方シール材と、嵌合体に取付けられると共に上
方シール材を介してカバーと一体連結させられる蓋とか
らなる取換治具を設け、該取換治具の嵌合体を密封容器
嵌合用貫通穴に嵌合させると共に下方シール材をフラン
ジに圧接させて上記貫通穴を閉鎖し、かつ蓋を上方シー
ル材を介してカバーに一体連結させ、次にカバー移動装
置によりカバーを訝才jよび上方シール材とともにフラ
ンジから離間させ、次に予め用意しである新たな蓋およ
び上方シール材付きカバーをフランジの穴に嵌入させ、
新たな蓋をカバーから取外して嵌合体に取付け、嵌合体
を上記貫通穴から離間させることを特徴とする密封容器
開閉装置のシール材取換方法。
