図、第２図は本考案による実施例加温装置の回路ブロッ
ク図、第３図は時間的分割による各アンテナの作動状態
を示す関係線図、第４図ａ、ｂ、ｃは各アンテナの出力
時間を休止時間の関係を示す線図である。第５図は寒天
を加温した時の温度分布パターン線図である。 図で１ａ〜１ｇはアンテナ、２ａ〜２ｇはインピーダン
ス変換部、３ａ〜３ｇは同軸ケーブル、４はマイクロ波
発生回路、５は時間的分割開閉制御ゲート回路、６は独
立出力調整回路、７は連動出力調整回路、８は電源回路
。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数個のアンテナと該アンテナへの出力の供給を時間分
    割開閉制御するゲート回路と、前記各アンテナへの出力
    量を独立して調整する独立出力調整回路と、前記アンテ
    ナへの出力量を複数個全体で調整する連動出力調整回路
    とよりなり、アンテナ間の相互干渉を防ぎながら大きな
    均一加温面積かえられるようにしたことを特徴とするマ
    イクロ波加温装置。
