This invention was developed in view of operational considerations, and after the press molding is completed, the bristle material is folded in two across the core wire in the knockout device that lifts and discharges the molded material in the female mold. A knockout device for a to-be-molded object in a press, characterized in that a brush, the root of which is held by clamping fittings having a U-shaped cross section, is disposed on the top surface of the knockout plate of the knockout device. The purpose of this is to provide a means for stably supporting and knocking out a molded object at all times, regardless of the progress of its use.

次に添付図面に従い本考案の実施例を詳述する。Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The wire diameter and material of the channel brush bristle material depend on the press molding conditions.
You can choose as appropriate depending on the working conditions, and the example shown in the figure shows an example in which two band-shaped brushes A are attached to the upper surface of each of the left and right knockout plates 3a and 3b, but you can increase or decrease the number of brushes as appropriate, such as 3 or 4. can.

Next, when the male mold 1 moves upward together with the press ram due to the completion of the molding process, the knockout plates 3a and 3b of the knockout device 4 protrude from the female mold 2 as shown in FIG. and make it protrude from the female mold 2.

Since the brushes A are provided on the knockout plates 3a and 3b of the present invention, left and right imbalances are less likely to occur, and the object to be molded can be stably supported.

Various reasons can be considered for this, but the following seems to be a major reason.

Therefore, even if a specific hair material or a specific group of hair materials wears unevenly,
Uneven wear of the entire brush A, which collects the group of bristle materials, is unlikely to occur, and it does not cause a loss of stability when supporting from below.

従って左右に位置するブラシAとAによる被成型物Wの

Therefore, the support of the molded object W by the left and right brushes A and A is always stable.

On the other hand, in the case of rubber, it is a series of parts that are connected to each other, and wear of a specific part appears as wear of the whole, so it tends to become unbalanced from side to side. The support of W tends to be poor.

Furthermore, in the case of brush A, each bristle material of the brush provides resistance to the slipping of the object W to be molded, so it seems to stably support the object W to be molded.

In particular, each brush bristle material is independent from the others and can move freely, so each bristle material contacts the bottom surface of the molded object W in the most natural manner. It was decided that
Since it supports the molded object in a natural and natural manner, it can be stably supported at any time.

Furthermore, it is true that the oil in the female mold gets between the bristle materials, but the bristle materials of brush A open like a flower when supported by the object W to be molded, and when no load is applied. Since it closes directly due to its own rebound, the opening and closing action prevents as much as possible the adhesion of dirty oil particles.
This can prevent deterioration due to oil stains over a long period of time.

Therefore, it is possible to prevent the phenomenon in which the material solidifies like urethane rubber and cannot be stably supported.

As detailed above, in the present invention, a brush is attached to the upper surface of the knockout plate of the press knockout device, in which the bristle material is folded in two across the core wire, and the bent root portion is held between clamping fittings having a U-shaped cross section. Therefore, the object to be pressed can be stably supported and knocked out, thereby increasing the safety of the molding operation and improving the efficiency of press working.
