Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転引き上げ式の単結晶の製造装置において、溶融るつ
    ぼに、液面をさえぎり、液内底部で溶融液が連絡するよ
    うにした筒状隔壁を複数個配置し、該複数個の筒状隔壁
    のうち最も外側に配置された筒状隔壁の外側の溶融液に
    原料を供給し、前記複数個の筒状隔壁のうち最も内側に
    配置された筒状隔壁の内側より単結晶を引き上げるよう
    にしたことを特徴とする単結晶の製造装置。
