However, it is for hand work at the waist and the length of the gun barrel is 2m to 4r.
A long burner with rL has a pipe diameter that is thicker toward the outside of the concentric circle, which makes the pipe wall thicker and heavier. Also, since the burner is designed to cool the entire burner, the amount of cooling water that stays in the jacket increases, making the overall This resulted in considerable weight, which hindered workability.

The present invention is a thermal spray burner that eliminates this inconvenience. Especially in long thermal spray burners with a total length of 2 m to 4 m for manual use, the water cooling jacket is only used in the nozzle part, and it is used for fuel gas, combustion supporting gas, and cooling. The water conduits are not concentrically circular in cross section but bundled, making them lightweight and easy to manufacture.

In this way, the thermal spray burner of the present invention gathers the conduits for fuel gas and combustion-supporting gas cooling water in a bundle rather than in a concentric circle, and has a water cooling jacket provided only at the nozzle, so that each conduit can be separated. By making the cooling water conduit thinner, there is no need to share the jacket along the entire length of the burner barrel, making the burner itself extremely lightweight, and by reducing the amount of cooling water that stays in the burner, it is easier to operate. The weight could be further reduced.

従って溶射作業がかるかに容易になった。Therefore, thermal spraying work has become much easier.
