Reference numeral 8 denotes a covering member that is fitted and attached to the outer circumferential surface 9a of the bushing 7, and includes a thick-walled substantially semicircular portion 8a that is in close contact with approximately 1/2 circumferential surface of the bushing outer circumferential surface 7a, and both ends of the semicircular portion 8a. A pair of thin bent portions 8b, 8b formed integrally with the bushing 7 form a shape having the same length as the bushing 7, and tightening flanges 9, 9 are integrally formed with the pair of bent portions 8b, 8b. It is.

When the outer circumferential surface 7a of the bushing 7 is worn, the covering member 8 is fitted onto the bushing 7 and the semicircular portion 8a is removed from the worn portion 1 on the outer circumferential surface 7a of the bushing 7.
72 so as to cover the circumferential surface of the bushing 7, and then bend the pair of bent portions 8b, 8b to bring them into close contact with other parts of the outer circumferential surface 7a of the bushing 7, and abut the tightening flanges 9, 9. The covering member 8 is tightly attached to the outer circumferential surface 7a of the bushing 7 by tightening the bolt nuts 10 to the tightening flanges 9, 9, and the 172 circumferential surface of the outer circumferential surface 7a of the bushing 7 is formed into a substantially semicircular portion 8.

As described above, when the outer circumferential surface 7a of the bushing 7 is worn out, the bushing 7 can be repaired by attaching the covering member 8 without removing the crawler track 1, which simplifies the work and does not require special tools. In addition, it is economical because the bushing 7 can be reused.

6 to 9 show another embodiment, in which a semicircular portion 8a with a wall thickness that allows the covering member 8 to be expanded and deformed to some extent and a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the bushing 7; It is formed by a pair of tightening flanges 9, 9 continuously formed at both ends of the portion 8a, and the inner surface of each tightening flange 9 has a slight arc-shaped portion 9a and a smooth portion 9b that are continuous with the semicircular portion 8a. The approximately semicircular portion 8a of the covering member 8 is strongly press-fitted into the 172 circumferential surface of the outer circumferential surface 7a of the bushing 7, and the pair of tightening flanges 9, 9 are attached to the bushing 7.
The semicircular portion 8a is fitted into the 172 circumferential surface of the outer circumferential surface 7a of the bushing 7 by expanding and deforming along the outer circumferential surface 7a of the bushing 7. The bolt 12 is inserted and screwed into the screw hole 13 drilled in the longitudinal center of the other tightening flange 9, and the covering member 8 is attached to the outer circumferential surface 7a of the bushing 7, so that the substantially semicircular part 8a is attached to the bushing 7. It has a structure in which it is attached so as to tightly fit on the 172 circumferential surface of the outer circumferential surface 7a.

Further, the reason why the bolt 12 is brought into contact with the outer circumferential surface 7a of the bush 7 is to prevent rotation.

In other words, since 1/2 of the outer circumferential surface 7a of the bushing 7 comes into contact with the sprocket teeth, it can be reused by covering the 112 circumferential surface.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, when the 172 circumferential surface of the outer circumferential surface 7a of the bushing 7 is worn out, the substantially semicircular portion 8a of the covering member 8 can be removed from the bushing without removing the crawler track or pulling out the pin 6. Approximately 1/2 circumferential surface of the outer circumferential surface 7a of 7 can be covered and repaired so that it can be reused.
