題を解消するため、樋状II送シュートを用い、これを
傾斜させてキャンデーをこのシュート内を滑走させて袋
詰め工程まで送るという搬送装置が提案された。この装
置は、キャンデーが樋状搬送シュートの搬送面に平面的
に接触するため、キャンデーの講走によって大きな摩擦
熱が発生し、それによってキャンデーの摩擦部が溶融し
てシュートfill送面との密着状態が犬になり、キャ
ンデーの滑走状態が途中から悪くなるという欠点があっ
た。このような欠点を解消する目的で、樋状搬送シュー
トの傾斜角度を大にしてキャンデーを勢いよく滑走させ
るようにしても、やはり途中でキャンデーの滑走状態が
悪くなっていた。
