A valve guide chamber is provided inside a valve box placed above the flow channel, a ventilation hole is opened at the top, an inlet hole communicating with the flow channel is opened at the bottom, and water flows in from the inlet. A float valve body that is driven by the rise and fall of the water surface is housed in the guide chamber, and the float valve body closes the ventilation hole, the inflow hole, or both at the upper limit, the lower limit, or both of the driven limits.
