口１に隣接させて渦流防止弁の弁座１０を設け、前記作
動面８を台座部上面５に突当てたとき、弁体３を引上げ
て弁口１を開放させる一方、他の作動面９を台座部上面
５に突当てたとき、弁体３を降下させて弁口１を閉止し
、該弁口閉止操作時に弁棒４自体又は弁棒４の付設部材
によって過流防止弁の球弁１１を前記弁座１０より突落
