If the crimping force is adjusted to prevent this, the tightening force between the metal shell, the phenolic resin laminate that is the insulating member, and the terminal pin becomes weaker, resulting in insufficient adhesion between the insulating member and the terminal pin, which may result in rocking. The disadvantage was that defects were likely to occur.

In addition to being water resistant, it has a resin layer on the surface, and this resin layer functions as a so-called surface protective layer, so it has good water and moisture resistance, and can be made into a long length (because it is not brittle), so it is insulated. The processing efficiency and material yield when processing into parts are also good.

There is no need for hot processing during processing, and processing can be performed at room temperature without producing any defective products, so processing is easy, reducing the number of man-hours and reducing the number of defective products. .

An improved bulb that can be fixed to the shell with sufficient crimp force, eliminating any occurrence of swinging of the terminal pin, reducing man-hours in the manufacturing process of bulb caps, and improving yield. It has the excellent effect of providing a cap for use.
