を前記流入債の開口位置よりも上部として、該タンク上
部にη気室を形成するとともに、前記空気排出管の開に
位置と前記流入管の開口位置との間に、タンク内Ｕ を
部分的に仕切る仕切板を設けたことを特徴とず二 る
