Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) A cylindrical case body with a bottom, a lid attached to the opening of the case body, a charging terminal provided on either the case body or the lid, and a charging terminal provided on the other. A secondary battery formed by connecting a plurality of cylindrical battery cells in series in a bundle is housed in the case body, and each of the terminals corresponds to each of the secondary batteries. In the battery device, a cylindrical spacer for fixing the secondary battery is fitted into the surplus space of the case body, and a cylindrical spacer for fixing the secondary battery is fitted in the spacer between the secondary battery and the predetermined terminal. A battery device characterized by housing a protection circuit connected to the battery.
