    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 負極端子を兼ねた金属集電棒の外周に接触させたリチウ
    ム負極と、前記負極の外周に配設したセパレータと、セ
    パレータの外周に配設した正極と、非水電解液、及び正
    極端子を兼ねた電池ケースとから構成される電池であっ
    て、前記負極集電棒の負極と接する表面に、少なくとも
    ２種類の異った深さの凹部を設け、ここにリチウム負極
    を圧着した電池。
