臭トレイを数段に設け、計量槽より流入される原油は各
トレイ内にて加熱及び蒸気吹き込み作業を繰り返し行わ
れ、順次、下段のトレイに落下され、漸次、有臭成分を
揮発除去され、最終の冷却トレイに於て冷却された後、
一旦地下に設置されているドロップ・タンク内に落下さ
れ、常時稼動する排出ポンプにより大気圧中の貯蔵タン
ク内に排出するのである。而て、これら一連の工程はそ
の所要時間が長く、従って製品の品質基準に比し、不必
要に長い脱臭時間をかけることとなり、歩留り低下の原
因となり、且つ作業能率が悪く、且つドロップ・タンク
を地下に設備しなければならないなどの点を有するもの
である。本発明は、かかる欠点を解決し、不要な設備装
置を省略化し、作業能率の向上を可能とし、然かも夫々
の真空タンクを独立して配設させることにより、事故、
故障など発生の場合にも簡単に処置することが出来、魅
整備も容易に行うことができる。

方式により操作させると共に、前記休止工程と枝サイク
ルの計量槽から第一トレイへの原料油の張り込み工程と
を同時に始動させ、又このメインサイクル中の第一トレ
イより第二トレイへの落下工程と、枝サイクルの冷却ト
レイより精製油を排出させる工程とを同時に始動させる
ことによりその一連の工程の所要時間を短縮させ、精製
油は、二基の排出ポンプを介して迅速に脱臭油受タンク
内に排出し終るようにしたものである。

時間毎に操作させるように設定し自動制御方式により作
